This Vase was designed as part of the Acrylic Tableware collection. It is constructed from 4mm acrylic and bonded together with translucent glue which cures in white light. The collection experiments with the idea of suspending objects in space and were inspired by air bubbles in water. The collection has intriguing optical qualities which manifest themselves through the refractions and reflections of light which are at play.
