This old woollen Mills was renovated and fitted out for I3PTs Cork Office. DUA chose to work with steel to reflect the companies involvement in the construction industry.
A perforated metal stairs and mezzaine floor was inserted above the open plan offices allowing for filtered views between the two floors .
A metal red stairs leads up to a the office boardroom which sits above the service block below.
